Loki's favorite spot. He figures he's out of Jada's way and heck, it's comfortable.

With my maps in hand, we head out to Cottonwood tomorrow morning. It's about a four hour drive from Parker. We've never been there, so I'm hoping I can get us there without any drama of losing my way and the motorhome following me. While in the area, we can visit Sedona, Jerome (a mining town), a couple of interesting state parks and of course, a ride on the Verde Valley Train.

The elevation is higher so we're hoping its cooler there. Although its down to the high 70s for the next few days here.

My fun day was getting my hair colored (the grey was viciously appearing) and a haircut. I Steve and Dave headed out on the boat to roll on the river for a few hours to "bird watch." Not quite the right season for viewing the "spring break" birds... and the senior birds are kinda, well, less than worthy of a bikini.

It's been five weeks since we left home and we are all finally getting a system for living in a moving box. The dogs love the desert because we can just open the door. Here leashes and bark collars are required.

The window's not moving..

It's time to revive this blog (from 2016 apparently!) I've been planning to do this sometime over the three months since we first left...
