This is a quick update... somehow I never seem to get on here to do this often enough.

Happy Valentine's Day!!!

Today we are leaving for Catalina State Park outside of Tuscon. We have spent five nights here in Yuma at a resort type park with brand new professional pickleball courts. We've played every night which helps with all those bloody mary's and fattening diet we've been enjoying lately. However, I'm definitely not a great player. I'm not good at all. My knee prevents me from being particularlly mobile. But at least I don't get skunked!

It is a very friendly park and has tennis courts, a brand new rec center, a huge pool and more. I had my hair cut and colored in the park hair salon and she did a great job.

While here, we went to Mexico to get cheap Kahula and Bailey's... some drugs... and some outstanding Rocky Point shrimp (prawns!) We had the shrimp last night for dinner and they were wonderful.

Steve has become a geo cache fan and he and Don took their atvs out to find six of them in the desert. We are on the edge of the Yuma foothills. Kinda boring riding, but the geo cache thing is interesting.

This is a photo of the pickleball courts. We play at night because it's just too warm during the day (85) That's Steve in the upper right in the blue shirt... Our friends are competitive players.. I think they use us just for target practice.

I will have many more photos next time as I'm told Catalina is a beautiful park.
